Frequently Asked Questions
Who must keep guest-internet logs under Turkish law (Law No. 5651)?
Businesses offering internet to customers/guests (cafés, hotels, malls, workplaces, etc.) are required to keep access logs. We separate the guest network from the company network and set up logging that meets the legal requirement.
Which cabling category (Cat6, Fiber) should be used?
It depends on distance, speed needs and device density. Cat6 is typical for horizontal in-office runs; fiber is preferred for backbone and inter-floor/building links. We prepare the right plan after the survey.
How are WiFi drops prevented in manufacturing sites?
Stable connectivity comes from a coverage plan (site survey), correct device placement, channel/power tuning and separating the production (OT) network. We do special planning for metal-heavy environments.
How do you separate guest WiFi from the company network?
With VLAN segmentation and security rules, guest traffic is isolated from the internal network; guests can’t reach internal systems and lawful logging is kept separate.
Can you improve our network without replacing it?
In most cases, yes. We survey first, prioritize critical issues (coverage, segmentation, cabling order) and propose a phased improvement plan.
