Backup & Disaster Recovery
Corporate Backup & Disaster Recovery Service
A backup isn’t enough — you need to prove you can recover. We safeguard your data under any condition with ransomware-resilient 3-2-1 backups, NAS, Veeam/Acronis and a tested disaster recovery plan.
On-site survey on Istanbul’s Anatolian side · remote support across Turkey
Who is this service for?
Corporate backup and disaster recovery is built for organizations that understand the cost of data loss and want to secure business continuity.
- Firms holding critical data — accounting, ERP, patient or customer records
- Businesses that take ransomware risk seriously
- Organizations that assume they have backups but never test recovery
- Companies with data-security obligations under data-protection law (KVKK)
- Firms relying on a single disk/NAS with no second or offsite copy
Data-security problems we solve
- “Backups are running,” yet recovery (restore) has never been tested
- A single NAS or disk is trusted; no second or offsite copy exists
- When ransomware hits, the backups can be encrypted too
- No one knows the acceptable data/time loss (RTO/RPO)
- There is no written, tested plan for what to do in a disaster
Our backup & disaster recovery scope

Enterprise NAS installation, configuration and secure access/permissions.
Veeam / Acronis & Cloud Backup
Server and virtual-machine backup with offsite/cloud integration.
Ransomware-Resilient Backup
Immutable backup tier that protects against ransomware encryption.
Recovery (Restore) Testing

Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
RTO/RPO targets, scenarios and step-by-step recovery documentation.
Our backup setup process
- 1
Critical Data & Risk Analysis
We identify critical data and assess the current backup situation.
- 2
Set RTO/RPO Targets
We define acceptable data loss and recovery time together.
- 3
Backup Architecture Setup
The 3-2-1 structure, NAS/cloud and software are installed and configured.
- 4
Recovery Testing
Real restore scenarios prove the backup works.
- 5
Periodic Checks & Reporting
Backups are monitored, verified and reported regularly.
What we deliver at the end
- Backup plan and architecture document
- RTO/RPO matrix
- Recovery (restore) test report
- NAS/cloud access and recovery runbook
On-site backup setup on Istanbul’s Anatolian side
From our Sancaktepe base, we provide on-site NAS/server survey and setup for offices, clinics and manufacturers across Ümraniye, Çekmeköy, the Dudullu/İMES industrial zone and the wider Anatolian side of Istanbul. We plan sector-specific scenarios — KVKK-compliant patient-data backup for healthcare, ERP/server backup for manufacturing. Remote setup, monitoring and restore testing are available across Turkey.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can ransomware reach our backups too?
With conventional backup, yes. That’s why we add an immutable, offsite backup tier; even if ransomware encrypts your systems, you can recover from a clean copy.
What do RTO and RPO mean for us?
RPO is the maximum acceptable data loss (e.g. at most one hour of data); RTO is how quickly systems must come back. We set both to fit your business and design the backup architecture accordingly.
Is a single NAS device enough for backup?
Not on its own. A NAS is an important layer, but a single copy is risky against fire, theft, hardware failure or ransomware. We add a second medium and an offsite copy on the 3-2-1 principle.
Will you assess our existing backup system?
Yes. We first analyze your current setup and whether it truly recovers; if it’s sound we build on it, if not we prepare a risk-free transition plan.
How often should recovery (restore) tests run?
We recommend regular restore tests for critical systems. “Having a backup” isn’t enough; the plan isn’t complete until recovery is proven.
Will your backup actually recover?
Let’s assess your current backup setup together, surface your risks, and build a ransomware-resilient, tested recovery plan.
