Monthly IT support cost
The monthly cost of a maintenance contract instead of calling someone out each time something breaks. Based on the number of computers and servers, at the package price of the level you choose.
Maintenance is priced per computer; servers are counted separately below.
Each virtual operating system counts as a separate server. NAS and storage appliances are not counted as servers — they are handled separately.
Ticket and phone fault reporting, remote resolution, business hours. Nothing is installed on the computers; enough for most businesses.

With no server, the data is most likely in the cloud — and cloud backup is not as automatic as people assume. The comprehensive level covers that too.
