- Big screen, forgotten audio: the whole budget goes to the picture, and the room is still known for "we can't hear you". The priority order should be reversed: audio first, then video.

- Ownerless after installation: room devices need firmware updates, fault tracking and periodic tests too. If "who looks after it?" has no answer, the room returns to day one within six months.
